| Abstract: | The construction of accounting culture involves such four good qualities as faith,credibility,affection and development.This paper gives a detailed discussion on the construction of accounting culture in four aspects:setting up the human-centered cultural theory,cultivating the accountants,transferring from one culture to another creatively and absorbing all the best cultural achievements including those in the study of communication,innovating and strengthening the cultural education in accounting. |
