东莞高校图书馆人力资源配置现状分析

摘    要:采用问卷、访谈和实地调研等调查方法,对东莞4所高校图书馆人力资源配置情况进行调查分析,包括性别、年龄、学历、专业和职称等,指出东莞高校图书馆人力资源配置方面存在的问题,并提出改进措施.

Abstract:The paper takes questionnaire, interview and field research as means to investigate and analyze human resource alloca- tion of 4 university libraries in Dongguan, including librarians' gender, age, educational background, specialty and professional title, points out the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
