| Abstract: | The paper takes questionnaire, interview and field research as means to investigate and analyze human resource alloca- tion of 4 university libraries in Dongguan, including librarians＇ gender, age, educational background, specialty and professional title, points out the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions for improvement. |
