Since the reform and opening-up, educational TVs at all levels have made tremendous contribution in implementing the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education, and promoted educational information and modernization. What is the property of an educational TV? It is both an educational organization and a medium of broadcast, with both the function of education and propaganda. But the essence of it is education. It is part of the distance educational infrastructure set by our educational system. It plays an important role in general education. Educational TVs today are confronting with serious trials and challenges. We must actively explore the new developing road for enhancing the educational TVs.
