| Abstract: | Showing solicitude for the employment of university students is carring for the subsistece and sustainable development of colleges. The essay shows the rapid progress of society in the background, first expounds the general developmental situation of our country's vocational guiding,secondly, it emphatically analyses the cultivating function of guides to obtain employment of higher teachers' physical colleges and departmets, finally puts forward one developing road. That is, the tactics which has an aim to reply the situation of employment of our country's higher teachers' colleges' students of physical colleges and departments should be united and professional, as well as the vocational guides of society. |
