改革开放以来我国农民收入状况调查及对策研究

农民增收问题是党的十七大报告中的重要内容,如何加大农民增收力度,是我党在今后一个时期内的农村工作的重中之重.纵观改革开放20多来年,农民收入经历了增长高速、放缓、再高速的过程.目前,制约农民收入增长的因素主要有制度体制问题,科技推广和农业技术含量问题,城乡二元差距等一系列问题,为此,必须稳定党在农村的政策,加快农业和农村经济结构调整进程,加快小城镇发展步伐,逐步提高我国农村城镇化水平等以不断提高农民收入.
