| 摘 要： | 有关国有股的流通和减持问题已经引起了理论界人管理层的极大的关注，在分析现有研究的基础上，对这一问题提出了不同的思考，对流通方式、流通目的和流通顺序等作了分析，从立法、利益均衡、流通和减持的关系等方面指出国有股流通和减持的关键在流通，国有股问题的处理重在存量而不是增量的解决。

| Abstract: | The circulation and reduction of state-owned stock have already attached the great attention to the government and the academy.This paper give s a different kind of considering about this problem based on the current research result and analyses the model,target and the sequence of the circulation,and we found the key to this problem depending on the circulation from the angle of the legislation,interest equilibrium etc.The part of the increment is more important than the already existing part. |
