| Abstract: | The essay briefly introduced the background of climate exchange,and pointed out that the main climate exchange method in Fujian Province is CDM. The status quo and the main obstacles were summarized and analyzed,the emphasized fields for developing CDM in Fujian were discussed,and the related methods were put forward.The core idea of the essay is that Fujian should push forward the CDM and provincial climate exchange market because China will turn to climate exchange method to reduce the green gas emission and set up the domestic market in near future. |
