| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of common faults of metal-seated ball valve, the faults are divided into technical and non technical ones. The main reasons of non technical faults result from valve selection, accessory selection, etc. The main reasons of technical faults results from seal breaking, the lager torque value, etc. The prevention and resolution of faults are also offered. |
