Main Factors Affecting the Implementation Capacity of School Management and Improvement Strategies

The school, as the main place of talent education and cultivation, plays a unique role in social development. In the new environment, school development is increasingly rapid. In order to adapt to the continuous increase of teaching requirements, the school must well implement the management work. This paper briefly elaborated the main factors affecting the implementation capacity in school management, and proposed some strategies of improving the implementation capacity of school management.
