摘    要:中等职业学校要将个性迥异的“90后”的学生培养成社会各行业中知识丰富、能力超群的技能型人才并非易事,笔者认为,应立足中职学校语文教学实际,在活动课课型中运用CBE教学模式,结合专业拟定教学组织方向,精心策划设计活动方案,有的放矢授以活动技能,通过有效组织教学,使语文课与专业课教学相辅相成,形成其综合职业能力,达到职业化转型目的。

Abstract:It's not easy to cultivate the"post-90s" students with different personalities in secondary vocational schools to become"versatile talents"in workplaces with rich knowledge and excel-lent abilities. As far as I'm concerned, we should, based on the real situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, apply the CBE teaching mode in activity lessons, determine the teaching methods in light of different majors and make elaborate plans for activities in the class, as well as teach the students nec-essary skills. With such well-organized teaching, we will be able to combine Chinese courses with students' specialized courses, cultivate their comprehensive vocational abilities and reach the goal of realizing professional transition.
