| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校科研事业的不断发展,我国多数民办高等院校在科研管理工作取得显著成就的同时,也暴露出很多亟待解决的问题。因此,民办高等院校科研管理相关部门应当从科研体制创新、管理队伍建设等方面全面做好高校的科研管理工作。本文针对新时期环境下民办高校科研管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
