| 摘 要： | 大学英语考试在我省只实行了五至六年，但对我省公共外语教学起到了积极的推动作用，师生增加了英语教与学的投入，激发了学生学习英语的积极性。由于我省生源英语水平的差异及教学中也存在一些不足之处，学生大学毕业时英语四级考试的及格率很低，本文就我省高校英语水平考试的现状，考试及格率低下的原因，提高英语教学水平与考试及格率的对策、方法和措施及大学英语水平等级考试对我省高校公共外语教学所带来的影响等几方面进行探讨和分析。

| Abstract: | College English Band Test has been adopted for five or six years,it has a great influence on English teaching in our province.This paper aims to research and analysis the following aspects such as :the situation of college English band tests in Qinghai Provivce,the reasons for lower passing rate ,some methods and strategies for improving English teaching level and taking measures to Band Tests. |
