| Abstract: | Nowadays many college students are born in 1980s or 1990s. Their values and outlooks on life have changed a lot. Thus, there emerge many new problems in college students＇ interpersonal relationship. Improving dormitory management and therefore helping them deal with their problems in dormitory interpersonal relationship is not only beneficial for the success completion of their study but also has great influences on their development when they get into society. |
