论入世后中国贸易战略的新选择

本简要回顾了我国近二十年来贸易发展战略的演变。并对亚洲金融危机后出现的关于贸易发展战略的争论，进行了评价。指出入世后的中国不能沿用一些国家曾经采用过的贸易发展模式。得出我国应采取兼顾国内市场开发和国际市场扩张的均衡性的经贸发展战略的结论。即重视出口，鼓励资本流动，对进口实施一定保护的贸易模式。

On Trade Strategy of China as A WTO Member

This essay briefly locks back on the evolution of our country' s strategies of trade development, assesses the debates on the strategy of trade development after Asia Finance Crisis, and points out that China cannot follow the trade development strategies which some other countries once adopted. It, therefore, draws a conclusion that we should implement equilibrium strategy of trade development concerning both domestic market exploration and international market expansion. In other words, we should emphasize export, encourage capital flow, and protect import to some extent.
