| 摘 要： | 根据马克思在《资本论》中关于生产力理论的论述和生产力的实际状况，本文提出生产力“四要素”观点，即生产力的基本要素是由劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象、劳动组织构成的。劳动组织在生产力系统中起着十分重要的作用。此种观点的提出，并不否认科学技术等其它要素作为生产力的要素，更不否认它们在生产力系统中的重要作用。
