摘    要:建构主义关于学习的一系列新的主张,深刻地影响着人们对于人类学习机制的理解,并正在成为世界各国进行教学改革的一种主导理念;建构主义学习理论对成人教学改革也具有十分重要的指导意义;在成人教学改革中,教师理应正确地对待知识;更新教师教学观念;构建和谐的师生关系;实施多元化评价。

Abstract:A series of new viewpoints concerning learning by constructivists are making a deep impact on people' s comprehension of human learning mechanism and becoming a leading concept in teaching reform all over the world. Since constructivist learning theory plays a very important guiding role in adult teaching reform, teachers should adopt a correct attitude to knowledge, renew their notions of teaching, establish harmonious relations between teachers and students, and carry out diversified evaluation system.
