论中华苏维埃共和国检察机构的设置及其职能

中华苏维埃共和国时期 ,设立了以工农检察部为主体 ,包括军事检察所、政治保卫局检察科、审判机关内设检察人员在内的苏维埃检察机构 ,设置了检察机关管辖和指导的突击队、轻骑队、工农通讯员等群众性组织。具有检举权、调查权、建议权、公诉权、抗诉权和检察权等职能 ,初步形成了富有中央苏区特色的检察制度。这套以党和政府的专门检察机构为主体 ,专门工作与群众监督相结合 ,检审分立与审检合一相结合的检察制度的建立和实施 ,对中央革命根据地的巩固和发展起了重要的作用 ,是中华人民共和国检察制度产生和发展的渊源

On the Establishment and Function of the Procuratorial Organizations of Chinese Soviet Republic

During the period of Chinese Soviet Republic, many peoples procuratorial organizations were established, including military procuratorial department,political security procuratoral department, soviet procuratorial department and other departments, which had the right for accusation, investigation, suggestion,public prosecution, protest inspecti0on and so on. The procuratorial system played an important role in the development of the Peoples Republic of Chinas procuratorial system.
