| 摘 要： | 中越已就北部湾的专属经济区划界达成一致。从中越双方的协定来看，北部湾的划界既遵守了《联合国海洋法公约》，同时又体现了对历史的尊重和国际法的公平原则，为其他国家确立了灵活解决类似问题的范例，丰富了国际海洋法的内容。

| Abstract: | China and Vietnam have delimited the area of Tonkin Gulf. It is the one hundred and sixty -sixth agreement about the demarcating of sea area. The agreement not only complies with the principle of the international law, but also enriches the law. |
