高职日语专业人才培养中存在的问题及对策

目前外企对我国日语人才的需求量在不断增加，但高职院校日语专业的毕业生却存在着就业难的问题，究其原因是毕业生自身的职业技能不能达到工作岗位的要求。通过对目前高职日语人才培养过程中存在的时间少、学生自制力差、学习目标不明确、教材与教学方法陈旧、职业技能不迭标等问题的分析，并针对这些问题，提出了相应的解决方法：创造日语环境；投其所好；旧教材新方法；校企合作、“订单式”培养。

The Problems and Solutions Existed in Cultivating Japanese Professional Talents of Higher Vocational Colleges

At present the demand for Japanese professional talents is increasing constantly for foreign enterprises, but it is very difficult for Japanese graduates of higher vocational colleges to find jobs. The reason is that graduates＇ vocational skills cannot reach the demand of work post. Through analyzing the problems existed in the process of cultivating higher vocational Japanese talents, such as less time, poor self-control of students, undefined learning objectives, old books and teaching methods, lower professional skills, etc., this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions for these problems, including the creation of Japanese environment, satisfying their likes, new methods with old teaching materials, college-enterprise cooperation and order training.
