摘    要:把最优秀的学生吸引到师范院校来、把最有才华的学生培养成有教育信仰的人民教师,是我国当前免费师范教育政策的初衷,但过度的教育功利性和师范生就业环境的不健全弱化了其教育信仰的养成。应对的策略是:坚守良知,回归教育本真;完善制度,因势利导。

Abstract:The original intention of free normal education policy is to attract best students to normal colleges and train them to be teachers.But the educational conviction of the first normal students with free education is poor because of the excessive utilitarian education and the not so ideal teaching surroundings.The followings are the coping strategies:persevering with conscience,sticking to the essence of education,improving the system and the occasion.
