农村社会精英与新乡村治理术

改革开放以来,中国农村社会精英的组成发生了很大变化,相应的社会权力结构也进行了深刻调整,乡村治理的技术随之形成了新的特点.但这些变化所蕴含的是以往乡村治理术的不断精致化,也可以称之为"新乡村治理术"的演进,而不是乡村治理模式与政治形态的本质变化.这个过程是在中国"生态政治"本文中提出的生态政治指的是国家整体的政治形势,即基本制度层面上的社会设置与社会(潜)规则.的大环境中发生的,不可能脱离中国的宏观社会结构变迁,国家的整体政治气候实际上决定着乡村社会治理模式的演变.
