对我国民营经济历史地位的认识与评价

从1978年党的工作重心转移到经济建设上来开始,民营经济从有限制的允许,到社会主义商品经济的有益补充,再到社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,经历了一个不断变化并扩大的生存空间与自我奋斗的艰难历程。至此,民营经济走过了28年,同时也是从小到大、从弱到强、与时俱进的发展历程。毋庸置疑,民营经济走过了一条辉煌之路,但在其发展过程中也存在许多不容忽视的困难和问题,如民企自身的制度缺陷和经营者素质偏低、外部环境上的认识困惑、市场准入和融资困难及对民营经济的正确认识与评价等问题。正确认识与评价民营经济,成为促进社会生产力发展的重要力量。

The Understanding and Evaluation about the Historical Status of Our National Private Economy

The private economy had experienced a hard course of continuously changing and extending it's survival space and self-struggle since the Party's work core had been changed to the economic construction from 1978.The private-run economy is limitedly permitted with the Socialist commodity economy's good supplement and is an important component part of the socialist market economy.Now 28 years have passed,the private e- conomy has experienced a development course from small to big,from weak to strong.There is no doubt that the private economy has gone through a splendid routine.However,there are lots of unnoticed difficulties and prob- lems in the development course of private economy such as it's defect of system,the owner's low quality,the un- derstandable puzzlement about the external circumstances,the market allowance and the difficulty of the funds cir- culation and so on.Understanding and evaluating the private economy in a correct way can become a powerful strength of promoting the development of the social productive forces.
