新时期高校继续教育工作改革与创新研究

随着全球经济一体化的加剧和知识经济的蓬勃兴起,高等教育逐渐由前端教育变为终身教育,构建终身教育体系已成为我国教育改革和发展的重要目标;而构建终身教育体系要通过发展继续教育来实现;因此,如何发展和完善继续教育以构建我国的终身教育体系就成为政府和社会各界,尤其是教育界最为关注的热点问题之一;在发展和完善继续教育的过程中,高校扮演着极其重要的角色;高等院校作为我国开展和完善继续教育工作最重要的基地,其在继续教育中发挥的作用直接影响着我国继续教育发展的成败。由此,笔者对新时期高校继续教育工作发展的重心,高校继续教育工作存在的主要问题,以及新时期高校应如何改革和创新继续教育工作进行了深入的探讨。

Research on Reform and Innovation of Continuing Education in Universities

With the quicker economic globalization and the rising knowledge economy, higher education has become a kind of lifelong education. In China, the important aim of education reform and development is to construct the lifelong education system, which must be realized by developing the continuing education. Therefore, how to develop and improve continuing education has become one of the hot problems that attracted the attention of the government and the society, especially the education field. Universities will play a very important role in developing and improving continuing education. Universities are the most important basis where continuing education is improved and universities will directly affect the development of continuing education in China. The center of continuing education development, the main problems, the reform and the innovation are discussed in this article.
