| 摘 要： | 在《法哲学原理》中,家庭是黑格尔伦理观念发展链条上一个不可缺少的环节,也正是在这一阶段中,黑格尔阐述了自己的婚姻家庭观,认为婚姻是具有法的意义的伦理性的爱,而家庭则是以爱为本质的直接的伦理实体。既深刻又片面,深刻于伦理性的突出,片面于经济关系的遮蔽;同时倒置了家庭与市民社会、国家的关系;且充满了对于女性的歧视。

| Abstract: | In Principles of Legal Philosophy by Hegel,family was vital link among the developing chains of Hegel's ethical ideas,and it was in this period that Hegel expounded his own standpoint of marriage and family,thinking that marriage was a kind of ethical love with the meaning of rights,while family was the direct ethical entity based on love.His viewpoint is both profound and one-sided,for it displays ethics of family,meanwhile it veils its economical relationship.Above all,it upends the relationship between family and civil society and country,In addion,it is full of sexual discrimination against women. |
