对高职教育教学改革的几点思考

高职院校专业与课程设置要适应国家扩大职业教育、培养学生通用技能的职教发展方向,培养学生基本素质的基础科目要占一定比例;教材建设要满足“宽口径、厚基础、高技能、多方向”的教学要求,突出先进性、前沿性、实用性;教学应以现场教学为主,采用“以现场为中心,以实际问题为对象,以学生活动为主体”的组织方式;师资队伍建设应突出学校与社会的交流,实现教师队伍社会化。

Thinking on Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Education

The setup of majors and curriculums in higher vocational colleges and universities should adopt itself to our country's vocational education orientation of extending vocational education, training students with general skills, so that the basic subjects should occupy a certain proportion; the school book building should meet the teaching requirements of " wide range, thick base, high skill and multiple directions", focusing on progresses , leading edge and practicability; taking scene teaching as main method, with the organization form of " taking scene as kernel, practical as objective, student's activities as main content"; the teaching team building should emphasis the exchange between school and society, achieving the socialization in teacher staff building.
