| 摘 要： | 基于企业能力理论的企业本质论是我们研究企业边界问题的理论基础。文章通过追溯企业能力理论的演进历史并分析了科斯的企业性质理论的缺陷,提出从企业能力理论的角度出发,企业是一种能力体系,从而阐释了企业的存在。

| Abstract: | Enterprise essence theory based on enterprise ability theory is the theoretical basis on which enterprise boundary problem is studied.By tracing evolutionary history of enterprise ability theory and analyzing imperfection of enterprise property theory proposed by Coss,the idea is put forward that enterprise is a kind of ability system from the point of enterprise ability theory,thus explaining the existence of enterprise. |
