| 摘 要： | 从新都市社会学的集体消费视角出发,以我国城市住房制度改革为分析对象,重点介绍了住房公积金制度、安居工程项目、廉租房制度、住房分配的货币化等制度,以及分析来自再分配经济的购房准入机制给城市中低收入阶层所带来的制约作用。

| Abstract: | From the collective consumption view of new urban sociology,this article takes our city house system reform as the object,introducing housing provident fund system,economic and comfortable housing,low-rent housing,housing monetary policy,and analyzing the restriction of permitting mechanisms of purchasing house to mid and low earning social stratum. |
