| Abstract: | CPC in universities administrates the school＇s affairs and has the right of decision in universities. Principle administrates in many fields, such as teaching, scientific research and other political affairs, and carries out the CPC＇s decisions and hosts the daily administration in universities .principle＇s administration is based on the guidance of CPC, and is essential to implement the policy of CPC. |
