| Abstract: | The developmental situation of rural economy in the western region has a great deal to do with the success or failure and the actual results in the strategy of the large scale development program for the western region, and it is the crux of the western region on the road to common prosperity. To quicken the development of rural economy, the core of it lies in construction and integrating well the power source formed by five key elements. |
