| 摘 要： | 建筑企业通过招投标竞争取得施工项目，有效防止了建筑市场的腐败行为，降低了工程造价。由于政府加大了对高校基础设施的投资力度，因此，学校对工程招议标工作也更为重视，并对招议标程序进行了深入的探索。其中，积极推行工程量清单报价，是最为引人注目的一项。

| Abstract: | construction companies get projects by inviting and submitting tenders.It's effective to prevent corruptive behaviors in the construction market and reduce the cost of projects.Particularly,the government invests more in college infrastructures.So colleges pay more attention to inviting and discussing tenders and make a thorough probe in them.One of the most conspicuous ones is pursuing the quoting price of the bill of quantity. |
