| 摘 要： | 为了更客观、科学评价商业银行个人理财服务质量，采用AHP确定综合评价指标体系，构建基于中心点三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评价模型。应用实例表明，该模型逻辑严密，计算简便，评价客观，具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | In order to give a more objective evaluation on the quality of personal banking service,a grey clustering model on the basis of center-point triangular whitenization weight function is established by adopting AHP comprehensive evaluation system.Practice shows that the model is strict in logic,easy in calculation,objective in valuation and is of some value in the future application. |
