对工作过程的四维理解

摘    要:对工作过程的多维理解,有利于指导课程的开发和实施。常见的工作过程定义有情景定义和情境定义。基于两种定义应用时存在的困惑,在指导课程建设时,以"情景定义"理解生产化的工作过程,以"情境定义"理解教学化的工作过程。为全面理解工作过程,在工作过程定义之外,应借鉴前联邦德国职教所完成工作任务的六阶段模型和德莱弗斯"从门外汉到专家"的职业能力发展的五阶段模型。

Abstract:A multi-dimensional interpretation on working process will benefit the development and practice of the curriculum.The common definition on working process includes the feeling and scenery and the feeling and context.Due to the bewildment in applying the two definitions,the "feeling and scenery"can be used to interprete the working process of production in building the curriculum,while the "feeling and context"can be used to interprete the working process of teaching.In order to have a complete understanding of the working process,besides the definition of the working process,the six-step model of accomplishing work made by Vocational Teaching Institute of former Federal Germany and five-step model of vocational competence made by S.Dreyfus on "From a Layman to an Expert" can be learn from.
