温州现代服务业人才需求的调查与分析

发展现代服务业有利于保障温州经济可持续发展。通过对温州现代服务业企业进行随机调查，结果表明，企业规模较小，分布不均；高层次人才尤其是核心专业技术人员较为缺乏；企业人力资源开发观念不强，激励机制不完善。因此，政府、行业协会和企业必须重视人才培养问题，打造温州现代服务业人才队伍。

Investigation and Analysis on the Demand for Talent in Modern Service Industry of Wenzhou

Developing the modern service industry will ensure the sustainable development of Wenzhou economy.A random survey made into Wenzhou enterprises of the modern service industry shows that the scale of enterprises is small with uneven distribution;the high-level personnel,especially the core professionals are in short supply;the concept of developing human resources is not strong,and the incentive mechanisms are imperfect.Therefore,the government,industry associations and enterprises must attach importance to personnel training to build a team of modern service industry personnel in Wenzhou.
