大学生非理性信念及其与自我同一性的关系

采用自编的大学生非理性信念量表,对大学生非理性信念的特点及其与自我同一性的关系进行施测,结果表明,大学生非理性信念的总体水平不高,绝对完美的诉求是当前大学生存在的最主要的非理性信念,大学生非理性信念水平呈现出不同性别、年级的群体差异;大学生非理性信念水平越高,其自我同一性的发展水平越低。了解大学生的非理性信念,有助于高校有针对性地纠正大学生的不良认知,帮助他们走出心理误区。

Irrational Belief of College Students and its Relationship with Self-Identity

Adopting the Scale of Irrational Belief of College Students compiled by the author,a survey was made to college students on the characters of irrational belief and the relationship with college students’selfidentity.Results show that the over-all standard of their irrational belief is not high and the perfect request is the main irrational belief of them,and their irrational belief indicates differences in sex and grade.The higher their irrational belief is,the lower their self-identity is.Understanding the irrational belief of college students will help colleges correct students’improper belief and get out of mental errors.
