摘    要:以沂源县职教中心为例,探索以职业技能鉴定标准为导向的开放型课程体系。具体做法是:制定完善的教学计划,设置课程模块;筛选教学内容,编写校本教材;创新教学组织形式;创新学业评价。这种课程体系有利于学生掌握技能,有利于“双师型”教师队伍的壮大,有利于实现由“消耗型实习”向“盈利型实习”转变,有利于实施学生分层学习和就业。

Abstract:Taking Yiyuan Vocational Education Center as an example,study the opening curriculum system oriented by standard of vocational skill identification.The concrete steps are: make perfect teaching plan and establish curriculum module;select teaching content and compile school-based textbook;innovate teaching organization mode and evaluation system.This kind of curriculum system is good for students mastering skill,increasing dual-qualification teaching staff,realizing consume practice change into profit practice,and carrying out layered learning and employment for students.
