构建以职业技能鉴定标准为导向的开放型课程体系的实践与探索

以沂源县职教中心为例，探索以职业技能鉴定标准为导向的开放型课程体系。具体做法是：制定完善的教学计划，设置课程模块；筛选教学内容，编写校本教材；创新教学组织形式；创新学业评价。这种课程体系有利于学生掌握技能，有利于“双师型”教师队伍的壮大，有利于实现由“消耗型实习”向“盈利型实习”转变，有利于实施学生分层学习和就业。
