| 摘 要： | 在同行评议之外,科学计量学是科研人员评价的重要工具。比较了科学计量学在科研绩效评价实践当中应用的三种主要方式,对新出现的H指数的特点和优势进行了分析,对H指数的实际应用效果、存在的缺点及其改进途径进行了评述。
