| Abstract: | Enterprise crisis management theory has developed greatly. Some new trends and characteristics can be found in the recent studies abroad. 1) Operable strategy study has been emphasized. 2) Quantitative analysis and empirical study have been more applied. 3) A new perspective of crisis management is proposed:consumer reaction. 4) Crisis communication practice has been more focused. 5) The role of Internet has been importance in the study. 6) More attentions are given to ethical issues in enterprise crisis management. |
