| 摘 要： | 基于84家工业企业的样本,考察了外部技术动态性、竞争强度和需求不确定性对企业探索式创新和利用式创新之间平衡性的影响,发现企业在技术环境动态性大的情况下追求创新平衡性,而创新平衡性与企业的市场占有、竞争地位、新产品市场优势及新产品进入市场速度呈正相关关系。

| Abstract: | Based on 84 cases of manufacturing firms,this study examines the impacts of technology turbulence,competition intensity,and demand uncertainty on the decision of ambidexterity(the balance between exploration and exploitation).It is found that firms perceiving great technology turbulence pursue ambidexterity and that ambidexterity has significant positive effects on a firm's market share,market position,and competitive advantage of new products and speed of launching new products. |
