作为项目管理中的重要技术,挣值管理由美国国防部提出,被各国的项目业主和承包商以及研究者所关注。挣值管理作为一项重要的项目管理工具,在应用上却并没有被普及。围绕这一现象,回顾了挣值管理的发展,并对挣值管理发展过程中的经验,发展中存在的主要问题,未来的发展前景及主要驱动因素进行了分析,希望引起更多的国内研究者对此理论展开研究和讨论。

The Study on the Application of EVM——Experience, Problem and Drive Factors

As an important technology in the field of project management, Earned value management (EVM) was put forward by DoD of America, and then draws the attention by the sponsors, contractors and researchers of different countries. But as an important tool in the book, EVM isn't used widely in practice. In this paper, the author reviews the development of EVM, the experience and the main problem existed in the practice, and discusses the drive factors and future application. These paper wishes to be an initiating research on this topic, more research is wished to appear on EVM.
