| 摘 要： | 系统阐述了芬兰坦佩雷大学科研评价的目的与动机、评价组织、评价标准、评价过程以及对科研评价的评论。从中得到以下启发:科研评价重在发展;评价对象不限于出版物,质与量并重;专家组的国际化与评价标准的国际化同样重要;积极与评价对象沟通,促进科研评价的民主性;评价结果前期要保密和后期要宣传等。
