| 摘 要： | "三区联动"是大学校区、科技园区与公共社区三者紧密结合、互动发展的区域创新网络。介绍了"三区联动"相关理论演进脉络,对"三区联动"内涵进行了严格界定,最后对"三区联动"的最优化运行机制进行了创新性构建。

| Abstract: | "3-Zone Interaction" is an interactive regional innovation network that tightly links up University,Science Park and Public Community. The author firstly introduces the theory evolutionary path of "3-Zone Interaction". Then he analyzes "University","Science Park" and "Public Community",and gives a reasonable definition for "3-Zone Interaction". In the end,the author creatively constructs an operation mechanism. |
