| 摘 要： | 管理失控是导致企业集团战略管理失败的主要原因。在分析战略控股型企业集团六种主要管控手段的基础上,提出了母子公司间可能存在的“纵向不一致”现象,分析了现象产生的根源,并提出了解决方案。

| Abstract: | The main reason of Strategy Failure is that the parent company loses control of the subsidiary.The article analyzed six control tools of the parent company,described the ill-matched behavior between the parent company and the subsidiary.After illustrated the reasons,the author also gave two countermeasures.Firstly,the parent company should develop a performance management system based on the strategy,then,it also should start continual communications encircling the strategy. |
