| 摘 要： | 通过分析大学——企业技术授权中双方都不可避免面临的各种风险,包括技术风险、市场风险和信息不对称引起的道德风险,为大学提出基于授权合约管理的一些防范措施,如选择合适的授权企业、支付方式等控制策略应对技术授权过程中的风险,促进大学——企之间技术授权的成功合作,为大学管理技术授权提供一些建议。

| Abstract: | The risk of technology licensing between college and firm is analyzed, including technology risk, market risk and risk under asymmetric information .Some policies based on contract design and management are proposed, including choosing right licensee firms, right license contract. To some extent, risk is controlled and advice is provided to colleges and firms. |
