The Characters of Changes in Chinese Law Culture and The Realization of Its Modernization

Ever since the reform and opening to the outside world, our nation has undergone to varying degrees changes in economics,politics,culture, law and other fields.In pace with these changes the law culture has also gone through the process of changing,reflecting and affecting the construction of legal system in the rate of pace,the range,and the depth.To reasonably evaluate and analyze the characters of changes in the law culture,and seek the way of realizing modernization in the law culture is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of ruling by law in China and to the further deepening of the changes in such fields as politics,economics,culture,and so on.
