逆向供应链中的知识管理研究

本文考虑复杂产品的回收、再制造和材料循环等对高新专业技术的需要，以及供应链中优势互补的协作关系，提出了知识型逆向供应链。与一般以材料、产品和服务为中心的逆向供应链不同，知识型逆向供应链的核心是对包括产品回收再制造专利技术、配件标准和商业机密等知识资源进行共享的契约关系。本文分析了知识型逆向供应链的特点，提出技术指导型、联盟标准型和知识互补型三种知识型逆向供应链结构模型，并对其中的知识交流，尤其是隐性知识的流动转化形式进行探讨。

Research of Knowledge Management in Reverse Supply Chain

Considering reciprocal and cooperative relationship in supply chain and the advanced technologies of complex products’ return, remanufacturing and recycling, the paper advances knowledge-type reverse supply chain. The core of knowledge-type reverse supply chain is the contract relation of knowledge sharing including patent technology, fittings standard, or business secret. This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge-type reverse supply chain and brings forward three licensing models: instructor-type, alliance slandered-type, and mutually beneficial-type. The knowledge, especially the tacit knowledge’s translation and sharing approaches are discussed in the last part.
