| 摘 要： | 女性担任秘书角色有其性别优势,同时也面临着很大的挑战,这种挑战源自社会对女性担任秘书角色存在的认知偏差。产生认知偏差的原因是多方面的,并相应会产生一些不良影响。现代女秘书必须扬长避短,积极应对,实现角色自适应。
