教育需要休养生息和精耕细作

在当今中小学教育中,由于班级规模偏大,一方面教师为了适应人数较多给班级教学与管理带来的难度,迫切需要通过进修和培训来提升自己的教学和管理水平.另一方面,由于教师每天的关注度有限,一些学生得不到与任课教师交流的机会,教师在面向每位学生的精细化教育中遇到了困难.因此,教育需要休养生息和精耕细作,即加强教师的轮岗与轮训,实施小班化教学.

Rest and Growth and Intensive Cultivation in Education

In nowadays secondary and primary schools,there are lots of students in one classroom.So the teachers are in great need of advancing study and training to improve their teaching and management as to meet the requirements of these big classes.The classes are so big that the students can＇t have a chance to exchange with their teachers,who have had difficulties in intensive cultivation.Therefore,education needs rest and growth and intensive cultivation.That＇s to say,we must strengthen teachers＇ training and carry out teaching in small classes.
