| 摘 要： | 建国五十多年来，中国共产党围绕着“建设一个什么样的国家，怎样建设国家”这一主题，治国理念相继呈现出从“敢治”到“能治”再到“善治”的阶段性特征。通过其转变历史及其特征的考察比较，可以洞悉中国共产党治国理念跃迁的来龙去脉，更好地推进社主义和谐社会建设。
