The Similarities and Connections Between the Naikan Therapy and the Ideas of The Book of Changes

In the course of human culture and history so far, The Book of Changes and the Nikan Therapy have produced a great impact on future generations. In fact, they have many remarkable similarities and connections if they are analyzed in details. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the similarities and connections between the Naikan Therapy and the ideas of The Book of Changes from three respects of introspection, development and synchronicity, thereby to tap the wisdom of Yi-ology more deeply, make the Eastern psychotherapy have more profound cultural foundation, and thus make it have broader practicability and inlfuence.
