| 摘 要： | 采用ＳＣＬ—Ｉ型运动测速雷达，对我国部分优秀女子标枪运动员助跑速度进行了比赛现场测试。经对所获数据的整理与分析后得出：我国优秀女子标枪运动员的助跑水平速度曲线变化不同，助跑的加速形式不同，都具有各自的特点。在今后的运动实践中，运动员应根据自身条件和训练水平，选择能充分发挥速度能力，又不影响最后用力动作完成的助跑形式

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the female javelin throwers' approach velocity using SCL-I Radar Measuing Instrument, and finds out that there are significantly different types of approach velocity and shapes of approach. In conclusion, athletes should bring velocity compentence into full play on the basis of self-condition and training level without affecting the shape of approach of the last force. |
